Savannah, FPC & Riverfront April 19 -20

We enjoyed worshiping with the First Presbyterian Church family of Savannah last Sunday where I preached and then, on Monday, going to the Savannah Riverfront.

The Savannah Riverfront (not Factor's Walk, the old riverfront buildings) was designed by a elder in my congregation when I was pastor of FPC.

Savannah is our favorite city to visit. This Spring it is in full color and the old city, the Victorian section and the islands are something special.

  1. Larry - did y'all eat at Lady and Son?
Kelly will be very jealous if you did.

  2. No, we did not get there but were driving by accidentally and got the pic. The locals say that her restaurant food is just basically real "old south" but her parties she caters are fabulous. Have to get invited to a party there!
The best seafood we had was at "The Sting Ray" on Tybee and the old stand by "Pirates House".
    She Crab Soup - yuummm!
