Reflections from the Road

Larry retired July 1, 2008 from 44 years as a clergyperson in the PCUSA. Helen and Larry sold their properties in north Atlanta, bought an RV and are now travelling the USA in a 31' Open Range 'Roamer' 5th wheel pulled by a Dodge Ram 2500 with a Cummins 6.7 liter turbo-diesel engine. They both enjoy flyfishing, pull for the Ole Miss Rebels and the Boise State Broncos, enjoy their grandchildren and call home wherever they park the Open Range, though their mailing address is Livingson, Texas.

Scenes from Terrible's RV Resort, Pahrump, Nevada.

Behind us are beautiful mountains.

Texas Molly II sits peacefully in her site. Patio and Ram 2500 beside her.

Motor home in site next to us left this morning for Quartzsite where 5000 Rvers are presently gathered for a big RV show.

We are driving into Death Valley today, stopping at Shoshone, CA for lunch. Photos later tonight. We are here in Pahrump until February 5 when we leave for Arizona.
